I can have a line under my Diamond Ring Wedding after using for a week, is it cracked?
The line looks like a crack as a chalk line with a needle, but the diamond looks quite yet. Is it because a diamond is cheaper? or is cracked? I do not remember seeing while buy it. Thanks!
Hard to say without seeing the diamond through a loop, but it is possible that the diamond has been broken. Diamonds are very tough, so which is not very likely, but possible. It is more likely to be a natural defect in the diamond you did not notice the first few days. Also there may be something like a fiber or hair caught between the diamond and its environment. To be safe, you should take it to the dealer from whom your boyfriend bought the ring. If you purchased a reputable jeweler, will a guarantee in the ring.
